I will endeavour to make sure that all products listed on my website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or I am unable to fulfil your order I will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Postage & Handling, and Delivery Policy
- $10 – orders up to $40.
- $15 – orders $41 and over.
I deliver products world wide via Australia Post. I’m accepting international orders through my website, however please be aware that the international postage/shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and size of the order – in particular with any artwork ordered. I will contact you once your international order is placed to discuss the options.
Postage costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Delivery by Australia Post is estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Please choose carefully. I do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are out of stock or are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Each order will have a tracking number and I will do my best to locate it for you with the tracking number assigned to your order by Australia Post if your order does go missing however I do not issue a refunds on orders that are lost once in the postage system.
