DIY Wound Spray.
Today I’m sharing a recipe for a natural wound spray loving passed on to us by our beautiful essential oil mentor Margie of Vitality Oils. Myself and my four babes have used this spray for about a month now and we are ready to say to you – “Yes,it helps us.” Margie calls it her “Owie Spray”. It is incredibly simple to put together and uses three of the most commonly used, loved and readily available essential oils.
5 drops of Frankincense
5 drops of Lavender
5 drops of Melaleuca (Tea Tree)
doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
30 ml or 1 oz dark coloured glass spray bottle
1. Drop essential oils into the empty glass spray bottle.
2. Fill glass spray bottle the rest of the way with fractionated coconut oil.
3. Secure spray top lid and shake well.
NOTE: Be sure to shake spray bottle well before each use.
I always have a bottle of this natural wound care spray made up, ready to use and aid with things like cuts, abrasions, bites, stings and infections, just to name a few. Not a bad idea to have one ready to go in your bag too.
