Project Life, 2014 | Week Fifteen with Paint Paper Studio.
Hello Wednesday!
Welcome to week fifteen of my Project Life journey.
I was asked by my Instagram creative kindred spirit Olya Schmidt of Paint Paper Studio to create one of my Project Life weeks using her new Summer Lovin’ card kit. The kit is beautiful made up of a mixture of bright watercolours, handwritten scripts and simple typography.
Here’s what I came up with combining the kit with some of the Project Life products I had in my stash and stitching with the sewing machine.
I really enjoyed creating with the kit adapting the use of the cards to fit in with the fact that we are in winter over here in Australia. I cut some of the scripts and typography out, covered up the words summer, etc. It was really no drama and a lot of fun to do.
I like the freshness of the weekly layout. Lots of white space, bright colours and an over all happy vibe.

Love the bright colours and even though it is in fact winter here in Aus it all went so well with the photos you had taken for this week. Love it!

Thanks Jess. I had to just forget that we were 180 out with the seasons and focus on the colours rather than the words summer etc. I had some lovely bright pics which helped. Thanks for your comment x
